What is the Yōga Advocates Virtual Studio?

It’s an online space where you can attend live yoga & essential oils classes & workshops, taught by certified yoga teachers who are also Wellness Educators with doTERRA essential oils.

Our YA teachers will use the combined power of breath, movement, & aromatherapy to support not just your mind, body, & spirit on the mat, but also inspire greater well-being off the mat.

This is your community studio, from the comfort of your own home.

What kind of classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Core Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, & more.

After every class, the teacher will offer an optional 10-minute session to dive deeper into the uses & benefits of the oils used in class for those who wish to gain a deeper, more holistic understanding of the tools we share.

Are the classes live or recorded?

The YA Virtual Studio classes are live-streamed via Zoom. You can create your own free Zoom account at Zoom.us.

If you are a doTERRA client of any of our YA teachers, you will have exclusive access to a Members Only portal that has a library of free, curated classes for you to watch on demand.

What if I don’t want to show my face on the Zoom?

While we love to see your faces & have the ability to experience the class together in our Virtual Studio, you are welcome to turn your video off if that’s preferred.

If I have essential oils, which do I bring to class?

On the booking link for each type of class, you will find the teacher’s recommended oils to bring, if you have them.

You don’t need to have essential oils to join a class.

Is there music in these classes?

That is up to the individual teacher. On the booking link for each type of class, you will find the teacher’s Spotify Playlist for that class, if they plan to use one.

If you choose to use the music, we recommend playing it on a separate device so you can hear the teacher clearly. And if possible, download the playlist to that device as not to interfere with WiFi.

What is the cost to attend a class?

$12 per class. (Some classes may vary).

11% of sales from every class are donated to local & global charities.

How do I pay to attend a class?

Please Venmo payment directly to your teacher, prior to class, with Yoga Advocates [insert class name & date] in the comment.

On booking link for each type of class, you will find the teacher’s Venmo account name.
